Fourth Fellows

Deeply Rooted

Fourth Fellows is a nine-month Christian discipleship and leadership program for young adults that have recently completed college or graduate school. The program establishes foundational rhythms so that young adults can start their professional lives well—equipped to both embrace the church and engage the world.

Starting Well

Starting out is not easy. Starting well is even harder. Fourth Fellows provides you with both peer support and an intergenerational church community committed to your growth and flourishing. We help to ground you in the faith, find your place, get launched on a faithful trajectory, and engage the culture.

The Experience

Fourth Fellows is a nine-month Christian leadership and discipleship program for recent college graduates. Fellows build foundational patterns for starting well and glorifying God in post-college life, through multiple program elements including a paid internship, graduate study at Reformed Theological Seminary, mentor relationships, service opportunities, and friendship with other fellows.
